The bed of this machine tool is a one-piece box shaped structure with three rectangular guide rails. It is made of high standard cast iron (HT300) and cast in one step. After secondary aging treatment, it has good stability performance; The guide rail surface is wide (1600mm), with good rigidity and strong anti vibration ability; Precision grinding is carried out by imported guide rail grinders, ensuring long service life, high precision, and good retention.
